GNM Admission Eligibility
10+2 with English and a minimum of 40% in the qualifying exam from any recognized board.
Candidates from State Open Schools recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government are eligible. Science stream is preferable but not mandatory.

Admission Procedure for GNM Nursing
- Eligibility: The students need to be eligible to apply for the GNM Nursing course. They must have passed 10+2 with English as a compulsory subject from a recognized board, with a minimum of 40%-45% aggregate marks.
- Merit-Based Admission:
For merit-based admissions, candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply to the nursing institution. The results will be announced for students who have secured good marks in their Higher Secondary exams, and they can submit all documents after the results are declared. - Application Process:
Fill in the online application form on the college's official website or the West Bengal Health Department’s portal. Upload all necessary documents such as 10+2 mark sheets, proof of identity, and photographs. - Application Fees:
Submit the application fees as per the instructions on the portal and download the admit card for the entrance exam (if applicable). - Exam and Counseling:
If there is an entrance exam, appear for it. After passing the exam, the candidates will be called for counseling, during which seat allocation will take place based on merit and preference. - Document Verification:
